Hallie Talbot went above and beyond. She and her husband, Adam exceeded my expectations in all areas of their service- and I have very high expectations. She even made my wedding cake. It was gorgeous and absolutely delicious. Hallie was present and available on very short notice- for hire and then also on a regular basis for calls and questions through out the process. She was quick to respond and guided me through the entire process. She simplified things when they got too complicated. She came up with solutions when I thought there were none. She helped me save money with her connections and by researching other options for me. She kept me organized when things started to get crazy. She helped facilitate communication when things got tense with others. She made sure my guests were taken care of for any dietary needs.  Adam and Hallie had no idea what they were getting themselves into when they agreed to plan my wedding on the family island. It ended up being much much much more work than any of us expected. Hallie and her husband were there every minute to make sure that I was happy and that everything went smoothly. Hallie and Adam were always very patient and professional through the entire process.

I highly recommend them.

"We planned our wedding with a tight turnaround time and with both of us living out of state so we hired Hallie to help us pull it all together and to be the day-of coordinator. She was a tremendous help to us every step of the way. During the first few months she answered lots of questions, helped to keep us on track and organized, produced weekly task lists that were extremely helpful and manageable, and connected us with the last few vendors we needed to line up, all of whom were terrific and  were contacts from her network. She is unfailingly pleasant and easy to work with. She served as my sounding board and eased my stress on more than one occasion—for which I remain very grateful. During the last few weeks of real crunch time she went the distance and then some, turning around the formatting and printing of the programs and ensuring that they looked beautiful, coordinating all the vendor deliveries and schedules so that we didn’t have to, making sure everything ran so smoothly on our wedding day that we simply didn’t have to worry about a thing.  Even though she had already proven herself indispensable, I don’t think I fully appreciated beforehand how important she would be on the wedding day itself. I give her major credit for the fact that I felt so relaxed and calm on the wedding day because I was confident all the logistical details had been taken care of and were in her very capable hands.  If we had to do it again we would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Hallie, for everything and for a job very well done!"

Hallie was organized, super responsive, flexible, and the most accommodating! We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding! We are the luckiest to have had her as our coordinator.

My husband and I hired Hallie as a day-of coordinator for our wedding, but she answered all our questions in the year and a half before we got married and helped with the rehearsal. Hallie has a wealth of knowledge of wedding planning, coming up with things that I never would have thought of on my own. She is very organized and professional, which put me at ease as the wedding approached.

On the day of the wedding, Hallie coordinated with all of the vendors and the venue, making sure everything and everyone was in the right place. She got the tables set up, including the centerpieces and table numbers, organized the guest book/gift table/seat assignments, plus set up a backdrop for the ceremony. She even loaned us her personal cupcake tier for the dessert table. I didn't have to worry about anything, which was exactly what we were hoping.

Hallie is also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. We dealt with some vendors who didn't seem to care how important this day was for us, so it was nice to have someone who did. I would definitely recommend Hallie to anyone looking for professional, quality event coordination.

I'm not going to lie... I was a HOT MESS trying to plan my wedding. I thought my many years on pinterest fully prepared me, but once I got involved in the logistics I spent most days covered in hives. We had a huge guest list, a million details, a lot of different vendors to coordinate, and a lot of obstacles to overcome. After realizing what I had gotten myself into, I briefly considered eloping (don't judge!) until Hallie started helping us. She cut through the fog and confusion to help us pick exactly what we wanted while staying in our budget, and made the whole process so much less stressful. We thought she had earned her keep in the planning phase, but I didn't realize how important she would be on the wedding day itself. I was in a BLUR and Hallie was two steps in front of me the whole time. She decorated the venue to my exact specifications, conducted the ceremony and made sure everyone knew when and where to walk, and did amazing damage control when the bridesmaids were lost in how to bustle my dress. If you are looking for someone to keep their cool, handle all of the stressful issues thrown your way, and do it with grace, this is your wedding planner!
